Welcome to Pandora with Miss Bissett

WOW… what a busy year already! Pandora have all been caring for others, making new friends, helping Miss Bissett get settled in and learning lots!
So far in Term One we have been learning about Wet and Dry Environments, and have completed some fantastic artworks of the Daintree Rainforest and Sydney Harbour. We have all enjoyed studying insects, as you can see from our experiments! Pandora have learnt that insects have six legs, an exoskeleton, and have three body parts (a head, abdomen and thorax). This Term our favourite book is FLANIMALS, we have described some of the interesting characters, and even created our own monsters and written descriptions. Over the past few weeks we have begun our guided reading sessions, all the Pandora children love this time and are all looking forward to Thursday when we’ll have some parents joining us!
